Talked to Tony Venable at WCYB, he recalled that you had worked with them in the past, and he believed that it was the fifty-fifty deal you had mentioned. He also felt that the :10 sec and :15 sec spots found their way onto the air more, and were easier to work with. He likes the fifteen because he says it is really hard to get something across in :10. Both have equal chance to slot in holes in airtime.

Nicotine
From Greg Wallace:
*Impact Stories are a focus for WCYB, and I totally recommend developing a relationship with Lisa Mitchell, and keeping her aware of anything that you folks are doing that is news worthy. The more turn key you can make it for them, the more likely you'll get a story. If you would love to see a story on nicotine wiring the brains of young people to become more susceptible to other addictions later in life, see if you can find a Neurosurgeon in the area who would be willing to interview, and times they are available.
